Devotion passage this morning : Ex 4:10-17
Passage related how Moses was "bargaining" with God over his own limitations and giving God lots of excuses. What struck me was this;
Our impairments, disabilites, handicaps are NOT accidents but God-designed! He uses every one of our flaws for His own glory. God's way of dealing with what we call "limitations" is not to remove them but to endow them with strength and use them for good.
What a great assurance to me as I thought about Cleopas! His language impairment is no accident. God allowed it to happen for a purpose. He will endow my Cleo with strength to overcome his limitations for His glory, not his nor mine.
