Wow, it has been more than one year since I last used this blog page. It's because I forgot my username and password. Aiyoh, so embarrassing! Chrystal was laughing so hard at both TC and I. Muddleheaded parents we are!
It is AGM and EOGM today and it was indeed a long afternoon at BCC. The entire meeting did not end till about close to 5pm. Apart from the usual formalities at AGM, the unusual happened at EOGM. As I sat there listening to all, to me the rebuilding project is basically one big faith journey. If we are convinced and sure that this is what the Lord has laid upon the hearts of our leaders, I say by all means we go ahead. I am aware of the implications of financial burden on every member but if this is to fulfill God's purposes, who I am to object? Don't get me wrong that I am not in favour. In fact, I am positive about this venture. I am also personally thinking of what I should trust God to give in terms of dollars and cents. $12M is a lot of money to us. But without faith it is impossible to please HIM. May we be found as God-pleasing people who exercise faith without reservations and boundaries. To HIM be all glory.
