First day of BSF at Church of Ascension. Was kind of rushing this morning after dropping TC at the office. Picked up Doris and headed for Potong Pasir. When I saw how steep the slope leading to Church of Ascension was, I decided to alight Doris first to save her from walking. I drove out looking for HDB car park. By the time I came back I was 10 minutes late. My DL is Toh Koon Hong and my group comprises 12 ladies including Shanez. Went round sharing with each other a little of ourselves. Was interesting to note that amongst us was this lady who grew up in a Christian home but embraced Islam for twenty over years before coming back to seek the Lord. Thought that was a powerful testimony of how God will never let us go no matter how far we try to run away from Him. Well I am going to give myself a try at doing BSF studies and see how I cope. May God grant me discipline and desire for His Word.
